PROPOSALS
All project proposals must be submitted in writing to the Foundation. Proposals should include a brief summary of the project, a statement of the benefit of the project to the local community, a budget for the project that includes any matching funds, and resumés of the project overseers. Each proposal will be reviewed by the Foundation grant committee, and proposees will be notified within three months of submission if the Foundation is interested in pursuing the project.
AWARD CONDITIONS AND REPORTING
Representatives of the Foundation will oversee the budget for the project and will request receipts and reports during the project process. At each project's completion, Foundation members may make yearly visits to inspect the current status of the project.
